This book is like Notes to Strangers, only the notes are longer... and in a book.

I wrote this almost entirely by hand, every draft - I wanted to keep it away from a computer for as long as possible because its too easy to meddle with words and overwork them on a screen.

Its my attempt at something timeless, something helpful, something experimental that ignores as many rules as possible.

I am very proud of it and sincerely hope there are some pages in there that will connect with you.
